A £200 deposit is needed to secure your place on the day. Your place is not confirmed until the deposit has been paid directly to Spinal Track, delay in payment may result in the place being offered to someone else. The deposit will be returned to you after safe completion of the day. Once you have paid your deposit, your place is confirmed and cannot be cancelled. If you then pull out of the day, your deposit will only be returned to you if we can fill your slot. If you do not turn up to the day, your deposit will not be refunded.
Due to the seats and harnesses required for driving and the forces exerted on the body, be aware that injuries such as bruising and pressure sores may occur. You are responsible for your own health. If you are suffering from a pressure sore before the event, let us know well in advance and we can re-book.
You accept that the ST team and volunteers are not responsible for any injury whilst aiding ingress and egress from the car. If you need help with entry/exit, you should ask your guest to help. The ST team will only help in emergency situations.
Whilst we have tried our best to ensure our cars are accessible for as many people as possible, if you are under 5 ft, over 6ft 3in and/or weigh over 16 stone, please let us know when you contact us. Our vehicles are harder to get in and out of than normal road cars due to the bucket seats etc, so please bring a helper if you need one. You will need working triceps to take part. Unfortunately we have found that drivers with no triceps cannot carry out the necessary steering input required to safely control the cars.
